About our automatic-stirrer

I've personally been building and selling Auto-Stir's for many years now with great success and lots of positive feedback from my customers. Over the years I've made design, material and component improvements based on my own experience and customer feedback. The end result was what I believe is the ideal Automatic Stirrer for your kettle corn popper. Built to last with all stainless steel construction and quality components; this unit is not only highly efficient, but looks great as well and will make any popper its on look even better. Below are a few of the features that make this Auto-Stir so well liked by my customers and proven worthy of your popper through years of reliable and effective use in kettle corn kitchens around the world.

All Stainless Steel Construction, our Auto-Stirs are built to be highly durable under constant use. The nuts and bolts, hinges, all the rivets, mouinting brackets stirring attachment, couplers and more are all food grade stainless steel. The electrical wiring, switch, magnets, motor assembly and bearings are the only things not stainless steel, and those parts are all high quality. All the machine work on our unit is also of the highest quality and standards.

Highly effecient 360º ventilation system. During the early popping stage, when the lids are closed, moisture builds up quickly. Having a properly ventilated system allows the moisture to escape prior to opening the lids during the latter popping stage.

Highly insulated re-enforced durable power-cord with not only inner and outer insulation layers but also comes with an additional secondary cover sleeve to protect the power cord from constantly being exposed to a high temperature outdoor environment. In addition to being well insulated and protected its very light, flexible, and easy to work with, not to mention attractive as well.

High quality on off switch rated for higher temperatures at 25,000+cycles. The switch is mounted on top of the motor box allowing easy access from either side of the popper.

Precision machined Stainless Steel couplers. We have these couplers custom made for us by the OEM here in the USA.

Premium quality high tourque 12v motor with steel gears not plastic like you'll find in other motors. These are strong reliable durable motors. We have these motors custom built for us with the tourqe and RPM's spec'd out in the factory to our requirements.

Motor box ventilation. The stainless steel motor box vents allow heat to escape from the motor box allowing the motor to cool down faster from constant use.

The magnet lid catch assembly is custom fabricated stainless steel and is highly durable. will last under years of constant use and can even be adjusted to your prefered setting for catch and release. designed to be effective and reliable for years to come.

Reliable connectivity. The 2-pole connectors are highly reliable over other types of connectivity such as barrel plugs, and resistant to unwanted disconnects, easy to work with and durable.

10 foot powercord assembly.

a T-15 bit driver is included with every purchase so that you can easily and quickly attach the paddle to the coupler.

The stainless steel motor-box is one solid piece, no dismantling of the box required to gain access, just loosen the two external mounting bolts and the entire box is removed quickly which provides easy access to the motor and switch for fast on-site maintenance or troubleshooting.

Custom fit stirring attachment configured from field trials and customer feedback, produces a better batch kettle corn.

Low profile Stainless Steel Rivets for food processing equipment maintains a higher level of sanitation, easy to keep clean.

High temp shaft bearing rated at 500º plus degrees.

The steel magnet plate is secured with Solid Stainless Steel flush rivets... No micro-nuts falling out into your batch of popcorn.

The 304 food grade stainless steel also cleans up very nicely and with regualr cleaning will look great for years to come. A light coating of WD-40 after cleaning or for a quick wipe-down makes it shine and protects as well.

It also looks good and is very presentable to the public, this unit will improve the apperance and performance of any popper. During the research and development period I wanted better components, better design features, better performance, and I'm pleased with the results.

Power-on light: This light helps you quickly trouble shoot potential power source problems; if the light is on then you know you're getting power to the motor box. If the light is not on then you know you're not getting power to the motor box; which could be something as simple as making sure it's properly connected to a working power source, i.e plugged in. You can also check to see if your power-in cord is damaged and so forth... Crazy things happen such as extension cords and wall outlets do go bad. Start at the power source and find where the problem is quickly. The power-on light is a huge time saver.

Cooling Fan: I've also recently added an internal fan to help keep the motor from overheating during continual use esp. during those hot summer days.
